Do you get this message when you try to print one or more jobs on the printer? Then it does not mean that you have reached a maximum number of print jobs. It means that when you ran the print job, you had insufficient print balance to print all selected jobs. Below is an instruction to ensure that all jobs can still be printed.
- You have tried to print one or more print jobs on a printer. However, not all selected print jobs have come out of the printer. The printer also shows a message at the bottom of the display: ‘Reached the counter limit’.
- The total balance for all selected print jobs was too low.
Example: Balance is a maximum of € 0.04 euros. There are 3 print jobs available of € 0.03 each
Example: All three print jobs in this example have been selected for printing. - As a result, the printer has only printed the jobs that stayed within the sufficient print budget. The other print jobs did not come out of the printer. The printer reports in the display that the print balance is not sufficient for the selected jobs: 'Reached the counter limit'.
Important: Print jobs have not disappeared. All selected print jobs, including non-printed jobs, have been moved to the tab [PRINTED JOBS]. - Do you still want to print the remaining print jobs?
4a. Log out of the printer. This is necessary to read the correct balance later.
