However, due to the large number of users at the moment, there is still a risk of delay if many users want to print simultaneously. Also, when selecting and printing, it may take a little longer for the printer to start printing. Therefore, the following applies:
1. Send your job once. Sending your job more than once will result in long queues and processing times.
2. Select printing only once. The printer will start automatically.

Since a few days, printing of print jobs can take much longer than you are used to. This mainly concerns print orders via the UM Print Portal and the Campus Print app.
This is, of course, extremely annoying. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
We will do our utmost to solve the problem as soon as possible. As soon as we have found the solution, we will communicate this through this UM Help Center and will also place a notification in the UM Print Portal.
In the meantime: please send your print jobs only once.
Multiple times will result in extra long queues and processing times.
