At Canon, we take sustainability very seriously. Through our corporate philosophy kyosei ('living and working together for the common good'), sustainability and our responsibility within it has been embedded in our values since our foundation. In all our products, services and packaging, we aim to reduce our impact by an average of 3.4% annually. Our goal is fully climate neutral by 2050. Of course, that will take some time, but every day we get one step closer to our goal. The good news: our actual annual improvement is 4.6%, so we are well on our way! You too can easily contribute to your organisation's footprint. By choosing more sustainable options. We are happy to help you with that. Through our products and advice. Together, we are working on a better environment.
Paper, cardboard and PVC-free
Good to know: there is a sustainable and PVC-free alternative for almost every printing application. From posters (including outdoor) and self-adhesive window stickers to banners, backlit textiles and panel materials such as foamboard, forex and dibond. Wherever possible, media made from renewable sources, such as paper and cardboard, are preferred. After use, just put it with the scrap paper and it will be recycled. Custom printed wallpaper is very popular for creating unusual interiors andsolid board and re-board (honeycomb board)are perfect for promotional displays, exhibition walls, presentation banners and even furniture. Work is ongoing to make these materials more widely applicable. Consider, for example, the development of fire-resistant corrugated board.
Canon has a very wide range of PVC-free media for various applications.

Roll-up banner with changeable print
The roll-up banner is still unprecedentedly popular. It is very compact, easy to carry and you can set it up anywhere in minutes. It can therefore be used for any communication and promotional purpose, for short or long periods of time. Banners are available in various sizes and budget and luxury versions. The price difference is not only in the material and finish of the cassette in which the banner is rolled up. The luxury version has another distinctive advantage: you can change the print. Feel free to bring your roll-up banner to the Canon Service Desk. We will remove the old print and insert the new one. So you pay a little more when you buy it, but it is more sustainable than the budget banner. It also lasts longer than the cardboard versions on the market. You can order the banner in de Canon Webshop.
The 'Inhaker': multifunctional promotion system

With two or more Inhakers you can create complete walls. Give your creativity free rein. The Inhaker will last for years, so it is very durable. Interested or want to know more? Green gifts and promotional items
A gift for your employees, a giveaway for an event, a mailing linked to the holidays. We enjoy giving something away for free or as a gift. Promotional items, giveaways and (business) gifts are therefore ordered in large numbers every year. But over time, these products also end up in landfills. Then it is nice to know that these products are 100% biodegradable or can be recycled to produce new products(circular economy). The range of sustainable products in this category has increased significantly in recent years and they are more popular than ever. Think of clothes made of recycled materials, 100% recyclable plastic drinking bottles, ballpoint pens made of maize, hemp or wheat straw, notebooks made of bamboo or shoulder bags made of fair trade certified cotton. Sustainable is no longer boring. So give consciously. Give green.
