When you installed the driver for the UM Internet Printer on your computer or laptop, you can submit print jobs from every application. The only requirement is an internet connection.
Step 1: Install the correct Internet Printer
Step 2: Go to the Maastricht University print portal
Log into: print.maastrichtuniversity.nl
Step 3: Check your print credit
To print your jobs at a Canon printer, you need print credit. The print portal shows your print credit. When you do not have print credit to start print jobs, you can top up your print credit or enable automatic top up.
Step 4: Submit a print job
Submit your print job from the application you are working with. (Print with the Internet Printer)
Step 5: Print your job at a Canon-printer
After you logged into one of the Canon printers, your print job is ready to be printed. (Log in on a Canon printer, Print your job at a Canon printer)
Tips
- If you system do not wish to install this driver, print from the Maastricht University print portal (Print in the print portal)
- You can use the Campus Print app to submit documents and photos from your smartphone or tablet to the Canon printers. (Print with the Campus Print app)
